Lara Bister is a postdoctoral researcher at the WZB – Berlin Social Science Center. Her research investigates how contextual and family-level stressors affect health outcomes over the life course. Other research interests of Lara include economic stress, intergenerational family relationships, family disability and parental leave legislation.
