Xuejie is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, University of Hong Kong. Before joining the University of Hong Kong, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford in Berlin and at the WZB-Berlin Social Science Center. Her research aims to advance the advance the understanding of health inequalities by integrating sociological theories with approaches from biology, molecular genetics, and medical sciences using data science techniques.
